An old friend once told me "You are hard to help." I thought about that for a few years and realized she was right. I'd been busy working on my career, with my head down, not waiting for someone else to come along and do it for me. Those of you who know me know that I am independent and hard working. But there are some things I cannot do alone. My friend’s honesty caused me to raise my head, look around and listen to the people who said, "How can I help you?" I can finally give an honest answer - "Thank you for asking. This is how you can help me".
For the past ten years I have produced, released and promoted my own albums. 2006 was the last time I recorded an album of my own songs and I now find myself with a lot of songs to choose from and a strong desire to share them. You can help me raise the money to make a new album. The amount I need to record, release and promote a new album is $40,000. Who said music is free? Yes, it's a lot, (and this is considered a low budget project!) but with your help I can reach my goal. Every little bit will help.

The Fine Print:
* You are welcome to donate as a group of Donors. That is, if 10 people pooled $500 each they would receive the $5,000 Donor gift (and each Donor would receive a CD, poster, T-shirt, Songbook and a group photo in the CD artwork) and a house concert. Flexibility and imagination is key!
* Incentives become available upon completion of project, that being a manufactured CD of the new album.
* Date and location of house concert is determined by Audrey’s touring schedule, with lodging and meals provided by the donor.
* Song dedications: only one Donor dedication per song. Feel free to enquire about which songs are available for dedication.
* The Publishing and Copyright of any songs written by Audrey Auld will remain with Audrey Auld.
* The Copyright and Ownership of any recordings made by Audrey Auld will remain with Audrey Auld.
* Australian Dinner Party is hosted by Audrey and Mez, with the number of guests of your choice determined by how many Donors belong to that donating group.
* In the absolutely unlikely event that the New Album Project not proceed all donations would be refunded minus PayPal fees (referred to at top of page). Basically, Audrey would have to die before recording for this not to go ahead...
